General questions
How can I book an appointment?
You can book your appointment easily via the contact form,
WhatsApp, phone or email. If you have a specific request or are
unsure whether your idea requires a consultation, feel free to
send me a message.
How does the appointment booking with deposit work?
Your deposit (50€-100€, depending on the design) will be deducted
from the final price on the day of your tattoo session. For larger
projects, it will be charged at the final appointment.
The deposit secures your appointment — once received, your slot is
firmly reserved.
If you need to reschedule, please notify me at least 48 hours in
advance. In this case, your deposit will be transferred to the new
date.
If you fail to cancel and do not show up, or cancel later than 48
hours before the appointment, the deposit will be kept as
compensation for the lost time.
Do I need a consultation before getting tattooed?
It depends on your tattoo. For small and simple designs, no
consultation is required — direct booking is sufficient. For
larger, custom or cover-up projects, I recommend a consultation to
discuss the design, placement and all relevant details.
How long does a tattoo session take?
The duration varies and depends on several factors such as size,
level of detail and the chosen body area.
-
Small tattoos: 30 - 60 minutes
-
Medium tattoos: 1 - 3 hours
-
Large projects: Several hours
or multiple sessions
For highly detailed or large-scale tattoos, splitting the work
into several sessions can be the best approach.
Tattoo & Style Questions
Can you work with my own design?
Yes, I can use your design or adjust it if needed so it works
technically and visually on the skin. If you’re unsure whether
your motif is suitable, you can send it to me beforehand or book a
consultation.
Do you also offer cover-ups or tattoo revisions?
Yes, cover-ups are part of my services. Not every old tattoo can
be fully covered, but there are often creative solutions. A
personal consultation is important to determine what is
technically feasible and visually appealing.

I offer a wide range of tattoo styles that can be adapted to your
ideas:
-
Geometric, Mandala & Dotwork:
Symmetrical patterns, dotwork shading and detailed ornamental
structures.
-

Before the tattoo
How do I prepare for my appointment?
-
Fill out the consent form:
Can be completed online in advance.
-
Sleep well & eat beforehand:
Arrive rested and with enough energy for the session.
-
No alcohol & no blood thinners:
Avoid at least 24 hours before the appointment.
-
Wear comfortable clothing:
Ideally something that gives easy access to the tattoo area.
In the studio we wear indoor slippers — you can bring your own
or borrow a pair on site.
-
Skin preparation:
If the tattoo area is very hairy, you can shave it the day
before. If needed, we will take care of it at the studio.
Can I take painkillers before my tattoo?
Painkillers such as aspirin or ibuprofen should be avoided, as
they can thin the blood and affect healing. If you take medication
for medical reasons, please talk to me beforehand.
Which body areas are more sensitive?
Pain sensitivity varies from person to person, but some areas are
generally considered more sensitive than others.
-
More sensitive:
ribs, hands, feet, elbows, backs of the knees
-
Less sensitive:
upper arm, thigh, shoulder, calf
If you’re unsure which body area suits your idea best, I’m happy
to advise you.
After the tattoo
How do I care for my fresh tattoo?
After your session, you will receive detailed aftercare
instructions with all important steps:
-
Only keep the initial protective film on for the recommended
duration (usually a few hours).
-
Clean the area with lukewarm water and pH-neutral soap — do not
scrub.
-
Apply a thin layer of the recommended aftercare cream to avoid
over-moisturizing.
-
Avoid scratching and ensure that no tight clothing rubs against
the fresh tattoo.
-
For about 2-3 weeks: no direct sunlight, tanning beds, swimming
or baths.

How long does the healing take?
The upper layers of the skin heal within 7-14 days, but full
regeneration can take 4-6 weeks. During this time, protection and
proper aftercare are essential. Please follow the
aftercare instructions
to support the healing process. If you have questions or concerns,
feel free to contact me.
Can I go into the water with a fresh tattoo?
No. Swimming, baths and sauna visits are not recommended for the
first 2-3 weeks. Short showers are fine, but avoid soaking the
tattoo.
Other
From what age can I get a tattoo?
I generally tattoo from the age of 18. In some cases, I tattoo
from the age of 16 with written consent and the presence of a
legal guardian. Whether this is possible depends on the motif and
placement, and is decided after a short consultation.
How much does a tattoo cost?
The price of a tattoo depends on factors such as size, detail,
placement and style. Small tattoos start at €100, while larger and
custom projects are priced based on the required work.
